​Compassionate Resource Navigation

​We partner with individuals to help them navigate complex systems and secure foundational supports:

• Housing & Shelter Support: Assistance with accessing emergency shelters and navigating the application process for supportive and long-term housing.

• Pathways to Wellness: Direct referrals to detox, recovery, counselling, and culturally safe treatment options.

• Primary Healthcare Access: Connecting individuals with primary care providers, specialized medical services, and preventative health resources.

• Essential Documentation: Support for obtaining birth certificates, BC Services Cards, and other vital identification required to access social and health benefits.

​Direct Community Care

​Our outreach team provides low-barrier, street-level engagement focused on immediate safety and well-being:

• Assertive Outreach: Proactive engagement and crisis stabilization for those experiencing housing instability or navigating mental health and substance use challenges.

• ​Harm Reduction & Education: Providing life-saving supplies, overdose prevention education, and evidence-based information to promote individual and community safety.

• Safe Accompaniment: Providing reliable transportation and peer support for individuals attending critical health, legal, or housing appointments.

​Advocacy & Systemic Support

​We work to ensure that everyone—regardless of their current circumstances—has an advocate in their corner:

• Individual Advocacy: Supporting individuals in communicating their needs and ensuring they are treated with respect by service providers and government agencies.

• Community Partnership: Collaborating with local organizations to reduce barriers and create a more inclusive, accessible network of care.
